The inbound exchange program lasts from the end of January to the end of November each year.

Japanese students arrive in Sydney for three-day orientation. |
| 24 Jan 2010 | Students transfer to host families. | |
| Jan-Nov | High School | Japanese students attend high school (10 months) |
| 27 Nov 2010 | Return | Students transfer back to Sydney for speech day. |
Students depart for Japan. |
